- It does not alter the appearance of the application surface and does not turn yellow
- Prevents surfaces from being impregnated by rainwater and protects against cracks and cracks caused by frost
- Exhibits fast water repellency, reacting chemically with the substrate
- Facilitates surface cleaning, limiting dirt deposits and fungal growth
- It has high resistance to alkalis and prevents the phenomenon of rash
- Water vapor permeable, allows the surface to “breathe”
