Description
New technology hybrid elastomeric roof sealant (UV-curable), with high certified cold reflectivity and heat emission properties. It withstands very low temperatures, while it does not show stickiness at high temperatures, maintaining its whiteness over time.

- Exposed roofs made of concrete, cement slabs, mosaic or cement mortar
- Passable roofs, especially when increased resistance to stagnant water is required
- Metal surfaces
- On new or weathered wet films
- On bituminous membranes with mosaic
- Near or under photovoltaic panels, enhancing their efficiency
- Polyurethane and polycarbonate panels
- Old roofs made of “elenit”
The above surfaces require proper preparation and priming before applying the Neoroof®.
